We use the name, email address, subject and message you submit to answer enquiries. Account information is used to provide the account you request. Technical logs help operate and protect the website. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords or sensitive personal details in enquiries.
Purposes and legal grounds
We handle requested accounts and steps you ask us to take before a possible purchase to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps. We respond to general enquiries and protect the website based on our legitimate interests in customer service and security. Optional analytics and marketing technologies require your consent. Online checkout and payment collection are currently disabled.
Service providers and storage
The website and enquiry email use Simply.com hosting and email services. WordPress and WooCommerce store website and account information. Language preferences and wishlist favourites may be saved in your browser. The wishlist is not synchronised to an account. Live AI chat is not enabled. We do not ask for payment details through this website during the preview stage.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only while needed for the enquiry, account, security purpose or a legal obligation, and review it when the purpose ends. You can ask about the retention of your specific information or request deletion. Browser favourites can be removed through the wishlist; cookie choices can be changed through Cookie settings.

We use your email address, consent and confirmation records to send collection news and offers after email confirmation. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or contact info@omam.se. Subscription records are stored on our WordPress hosting and emails use our existing mail service. Necessary suppression records may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. Personal welcome codes are tied to the subscription email and allow one eligible use. Email-open and click tracking are disabled.
