This website currently provides company information and collection previews. Online orders, checkout and payment collection are not available. An enquiry or wishlist entry is not an order.
Prices and payments
Before online sales open, approved products, consumer prices including applicable VAT, delivery charges and the total amount payable will be shown before an order can be placed. No payment method is currently offered on this website. Installed payment plugins do not mean that payment services are available.
Delivery and product information
Shipping services, destinations, dispatch arrangements and delivery estimates are being prepared. No delivery date, stock availability or brand-reseller authorisation should be inferred from a collection preview. Supplier selection and product details must be approved before sale.
Consumer rights
For eligible distance purchases of goods, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw, starting the day after receipt. A clear withdrawal notice must be sent within that period; goods should normally be returned within a further 14 days. Mandatory rights for defective goods are unaffected. Please see Returns and refunds for more information. Final order, payment and delivery conditions will be completed before online sales open.
Complaints and disputes
Contact info@omam.se first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, or a competent court. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025 and is not a complaint channel.
